So ive been doing a little research through the games actual files and ive found some quite disturbing shit..

Basically.. they intentionally pair you with people that have skins/better than your team so that you buy skins..

But this goes much deeper... the match making algorithm is so fucked that I will probably be banned for even posting it.. If it doesnt get edited/removed instantly..

Basically since they have announced the new runes system, and how they are losing money from IP, they have created an ingenious way to make people spend money once again on RP, by tightening an automated chat filter to the point of saying something negative in just ONE game can land a permanent ban/suspension.

Theres alot more too this, but just know that we, the real developers/genius' of the world, know your shitty little tricks.

Which is why my topic is what it is, if u get banned, charge it back, they have taken back software that you have purchased which no longer works.. you cannot pay for "art" that you theoretically are no longer able to even look at.

Not only is this terrible advice, "going through the files" is just wrong. The files that control matchmaking aren't accessable on your computer. If they were, you'd be telling everyone where to find it as concrete proof.

Incorrect. A permanent ban requires two punishments. If you have had zero, and get your first, you are at a maximum of 14 day suspension.

You say "we", with no reference. You say "shitty little tricks" with no proof. Don't even get me started on the "read developers/genius'" part. In fact, I think you mean "geniuses" as the plural form of "genius".

Encouragement of fraud? That aside, you can pay for art that you are no longer able to even look at. Imagine if you have a season pass to an art museum. If you are permanently banned from said museum for being an obnoxious jackass, but you already paid for your season pass, you are not going to get that money back.

Except you know, there are plenty of games where both teams have 4 people on both teams are using skins. For that matter, why the hell do cosmetics make a difference? Having more skins does not mean you are good with the champion.

Am still waiting to see this algorithm, which I feel is more likely embedded on the servers and less in game files, I could be wrong though.

The likelihood of direct to perm with no prior punishments for toxicity is highly unlikely. 14 day, sure, but not perm.

Feel free to provide evidence of your claims though.

Oh as far as charge back goes. That is potentially fraud. You don't buy a skin, you basically lease a license to use said skin for the duration of your account. You can look at the art anytime using the internet.

You don't even own your account. As stated in the ToS. You can basically get banned for no reason and you won't be able to get your money back. Here's a tip, refrain from spending money and enjoy the perks of it being a free game ;)

How do you know this? Right now, all you're doing is just making an accusation with no support. You claim you did research in the game files and found disturbing stuff but you actually don't support anything you say with examples of what you found.

This is false. I have never seen someone post about their experience with saying ONE negative thing in a game and getting permabanned. If you read through them virtually all of them admit later on that they have had previous punishments. The ones that never reply to the question of previous punishments are the ones you should be investigating. Are these people actually telling the truth that they only had ONE game or are they lying to everyone on the boards because they want sympathy and a call for a wrongful ban reversal?

Also, legally incorrect. If you look at your EULA, you will understand that you purchased a licence to access. You are also advocating fraud which is a pretty bad thing for you to be doing. Additionally, you should look into all of the previous litigation that has happened regarding skins and permabans before coming to the conclusion that you have purchased property.

You have not convinced me that there is an algorithm that pairs you with people with more skins than you and you have also demonstrated you did not do your research on intellectual property law and the issue you are speaking on. You cannot rectify the latter as I already know the answer to this as I have done my research. I don't data mine the software. I do have knowledge of programming but don't have the time to invest into data mining lol. Please provide the coding of what you have supposedly discovered that proves riot "intentionally pair you with people that have skins/better than your team so that you buy skins"
