I have a mix of emotions on the honour system...

... and most of it is disappointment, mostly towards humanity as a whole. It makes me disappointed in myself that I am not good enough to be so impressive that I deserve at least one lousy honour (because almost nobody is honouring based on attitude, or how nice someone is). I feel like i am slaving away for other people, honouring someone every time, but the others don't even bother, even if they all enjoyed the match.

I feel cheated ...

And as others say, this system mostly rewards the ones that play very often, even if they are toxic flamers. [sg-soraka]

Just playing though gives progress and has a connection to rewards now. The previous one you were probably less likely to get honor form anyone. We can't control who others honor, but we don't have to honor the carry of the game. Honor whoever you felt deserve it. Position may also play a part. I usually think the adc honors the player that supported them.

As far as toxic flamers. It may not help, but I think of it like I do mastery, or prestige in CoD. Just because they have a level doesn't mean they are good, they jist play a lot

One problem with the new honor is that friendly and teamwork are grouped together. Sometimes I have friendly teammates but their play was so anti-teamwork I cannot bear to honor them for it.
