Riot please there been a player around silver tier solo q that keep trolling we never get to report them because majority of the time we dodge. If the enemy band his champ then he trolls like what?? His ign is <removed by moderation>. He's a good player but way to toxic please do us all a favor and ban him
How do you know he's always a troll (or ever a troll) if you dodge all the games you get in with them?

I'm not really understanding your post, though, because there's no way you keep seeing the same person in Silver elo if you aren't grouped with them, especially if you're dodging those matches, and if you are how would you know if he's a good player?
