Help & Support is reserved for players questioning technical issues that they are experiencing with the game (client, bugsplats, patching, etc).
For your specific inquiry, which was in regards to your level not appearing correctly on these Boards, this is something specific to Boards Feedback where the Boards Development team and Rioters could help in syncing your account. Posting normally will auto sync your level (which it looks like it has). Let me know if you are still having issues with showing as level 20.
It got deleted as it was posted in the wrong sub-forum. While I do wish that threads posted in the wrong sub-forum would just be moved to the right ones instead of just automatically deleted, next time try to make sure that you're posting a thread in the right sub-forum of the boards.

I vote the OP's post not only be deleted, but because of their insults, they also have their forum rights removed for a time.
