My summoner name is febrezin, unsurprisingly I got fusturated at this game, and a game before this where i also had another intentional feeder. (YES, 2 IN A ROW) Instead of telling me that these people were banned, Riot told me that it is my fault that I was angry and put me on chat restriction.... anyone else have similar stories. Also I'd love to hear from an ADMIN on how they're going to correct stupid shit like this. I'm glad that riot took the appropriate action and punished ME for this game for not being happy at the people ruining the game and getting me demoted.

There's very little chance there is anything to correct here. If you were punished, you did something to deserve it. It doesn't matter what anyone else was doing; you don't get an excuse to be toxic just because someone else is doing the same. If you still truly believe that you don't deserve a punishment, post your chat logs.

I agree that I was to some degree toxic. But theres a bigger problem that people are intentionally ruining games and I see no consequence to them (because it just keeps happening). chat restriction is not really a big deal to me, most games I rarely talk anyway. its the fact that I'm getting hit for this but I see nothing happening to the people that I honestly feel deserve it.

Riot isn't going to announce every time they hand out another punishment, and you're not going to hear about anyone getting punished unless they post it here to complain about it. Just because you seem to see this behavior in a bunch of your games doesn't mean that your reports aren't effective (unless they actually weren't doing anything wrong of course).

You have yo define what "intentionally ruining games" means.. To me, that sounds like something Riot would have a hard time detecting.. and therefore a hard time punishing..

You self righteous ass hole. I would flame those feeders to and should not face reprocussions for it. If they make a game unfun and unplayable for me (a game mind you, that I am NOT free to drop out of to join a new one, or afk) then they deserve it. This should be INSTANT ip ban. NEVER is there an okay reason to do this.

You were rightfully frustrated, in that I agree. However, you were not right to rage at them.

Whether you agree with it or not, the rules follow the "Two wrongs don't make a right" line of thought. The reason for this is because there are two potential situations here:

1- They were genuinely, incredibly, unbelievably, unskilled/outplayed.

2- They were intentional feeders.

In the first case, then you were just being a raging jerk yelling at players that were likely already feeling bad about themselves. In this case, Punishment deserved.

In the second case, you fed into and did exactly what the feeders wanted. If they were genuine feeders, do you really think they are going to suddenly change their minds and go, "Oops! Sorry my bad, Ill stop intentionally trolling you now."?? Of course not! The reaction you gave is the whole reason they are doing it!

Whats worse, is that there is 1 other player on your team that appears to be trying. So you not only fell into their bait, but you also subjected a potentially genuine player to your toxicity.

Had you just been either silent(or supportive with the other player trying) and reported the feeders after the game, you would not have been punished.

There was a rule in high school we had that if you got into a fight you weren't allowed to fight back or else you were just as guilty. Its very similar to the logic riot has for situations like this. Idk about you but if someone punches me in the face and doesn't plan on stopping, I'm probably going to be a little upset about it and maybe call him an asshole. Wouldn't you?

Yup it is against Riot's rules. You could name them in support tickets all you like and explain it all but naming people in forums isn't allowed.

That teemo is 3-267 in his last 9 games. That is an insanely long amount of time before he was punished (if he is punished now) but just being toxic to him doesn't do anything but put you in the wrong along with him

I have reported intentional feeders and trolls and while Riot Support didn't confirm they were banned; I followed their op.gg and turns out yup they were banned. So, for future cases, press that report button and don't feed the trolls. GL!
