I was in a ranked game and this player gave me lots of trouble so i reported them ! but they still harassing me. What do i do? I already reported in game too

Remove them from your friends list.
Send the screenshots to Riot's Player Support if you want.

I have, however, removed the screenshots from this post, as we do not allow players to call out other players on the boards, even when their behavior has been reprehensible.

why did you either a. add them or b. not remove them from your friends list??

i don't think riot can do anything if it's not in pre, during, or post game chat. private chat you "agree to" because you added or accepted them as a friend. I am sorry you are going through this but sometimes you just need to step away and remove the toxic from your life.
