I was perma banned

So, I haven't gotten any kind of warning for a few months on my account, I had two games where I admit I raged. I read the chat I regret it. But now I am perma banned after those two games, there was no kind of review from the employees of riot because it was instant after the last game was over. Perma bans should be harder to just hand out due to reports. I just spent $100 and didn't even spend all my riot points (obviously won't get them back either way). But I honestly think if someone is putting money into the game, a perma mute would be more than enough to fix toxic players. I really would like my account back I love the game but I do not want to start over with a new account and I will never spend money if I end up having to. It just sucks I get trolled 10+ games a day and am positive then the maybe one time a day I actually get mad I get banned. Really just isn't fair how a troll that purposely pissed you off then reports you for being mad gets you banned.

I similar thing happened in the past, didn't work. In fact it made it worse.

Do you know how long it would take to get people punished if riot employees had to manually review every game someone got reported? So instead there are flagged words and saying them will get you punished.

You're overly toxic and extremely unpleasant to play with. You got what you deserve. Deal with it, because nobody wants you on the rift. Not Riot, and not we, the other players.
