I was perma banned

So, I haven't gotten any kind of warning for a few months on my account, I had two games where I admit I raged. I read the chat I regret it. But now I am perma banned after those two games, there was no kind of review from the employees of riot because it was instant after the last game was over. Perma bans should be harder to just hand out due to reports. I just spent $100 and didn't even spend all my riot points (obviously won't get them back either way). But I honestly think if someone is putting money into the game, a perma mute would be more than enough to fix toxic players. I really would like my account back I love the game but I do not want to start over with a new account and I will never spend money if I end up having to. It just sucks I get trolled 10+ games a day and am positive then the maybe one time a day I actually get mad I get banned. Really just isn't fair how a troll that purposely pissed you off then reports you for being mad gets you banned.

I similar thing happened in the past, didn't work. In fact it made it worse.

Do you know how long it would take to get people punished if riot employees had to manually review every game someone got reported? So instead there are flagged words and saying them will get you punished.

Perma mute is a much less harsh punishment. So people will toss around toxicity more generously and if they get muted be like "oh well." And since toxic people are generally inters too, if someone gets a ban they're not happy about, expect them to run it the fuck down.

Now to your post: Riot doesn't care how much money you spent. It says clearly in the terms and conditions that you do not legally own anything on your account, and it also states what things you can and can't say.

And if you really think you didn't deserve the ban send a support ticket and make sure a human sees it.

At this point i am tired of deleting the "ok" parts. You are sitting there permanent telling everyone how xerath is trolling you and that they need to report them.

Lets imagine i am the toplaner in that game

  1. You are hell of annoying for me
  2. you are distracting my whole team with your writing, not only me
  3. you are more writing then playing
  4. you even told the team in chat that you are "waiting for you guys to win" and "just push mid" "not wasting my time"

So you are a huge problem for the whole team.

Now you come up with that shit "BUT THAT XERATH.... Babyrage" First of all, IF ... and i say IF he is a troll then you give him exactly what he wants, you showed him that you got tilted by it. And nothing. ABSOLUTELY N.O.T.H.I.N.G. You will ever write will stop him from doing that.

Second chance is he played it poorly and your blaming tilted him to the point where he didn't care and started to farm. Good job, you played yourself with your writing.

it's not about words, you can say fuck or fucking all you want as long as you don't AIM for someone to blame or flame him. You can even say retarded or something like that as long as you don't blame the other players with it.

What lane do you play? I play a lane where I get stuck with random players as my partner in my lane so it's much easier to get trolled. When I get autofilled as support I play support and don't troll. It's just irritating because other people lose games they get to join a game I am in and troll me it's pretty hard to just play the game and get over it. Because in that game if I went super negative I woulda got reported for inting even though I did not int whatsoever.

I wasn't blaming him, he came back to lane and pushed the lane out, made me lose a lot of cs while knowing I was already behind. I was playing Kai sa and just because she is a new champ I get trolls starting in pregame even though I have carried games as long as my support works with me, I was being toxic but how do I not get in any trouble for months then still get a perma ban?

Aside from hate speech or urging self harm, there are no words that you're not allowed to use.

What you're going to be punished for is complaining, insulting, arguing, accusing, asking for reports, spamming, blaming, threatening to AFK, ect.

Chat is a tool for coordinating with your team to work towards the goal of victory. Use it for that.

You're overly toxic and extremely unpleasant to play with. You got what you deserve. Deal with it, because nobody wants you on the rift. Not Riot, and not we, the other players.
