Suspended without talking in all chat?

I originally posted in the help and support, but it got removed and riot said i should post it in player behavior so i hope this helps me. So i played a game with my friends, we were all in a discord but i was unable to talk at the time so i spoke through the chat in game while also listening to my friends on the discord. Now, my friends and i aren't very easily offended, we swear and throw insults jokingly and the only response we have towards each other is laughter. Yesterday, July 12th, my main account was suspended for ACTUALLY being toxic towards the enemy team after having a tilting game. I know that i deserve the suspension for not having enough self control when it comes to all-chat, and i take full responsibility for my actions. So, for the next two weeks my friend who doesnt really play league allowed me to have his account information so i can still play with my friends without having to make a new account to level up. BUT, after playing several games with my friends, the account my friend gave me was suspended as well. The game i played that i was suspended from was a victory, and i didnt type anything remotely offensive in all chat, just of course in team chat with my edgy friends. I dont know what could have possibly caused the suspension, it makes no sense to me. Maybe it has to do with my client, and the information held within it? I have no clue, but i really just want to get back to playing this game with friends. The account im posting as is my friends account, just as extra information. Please help lmao, i dont think this account violated the summoner's code. I've also submitted a ticket under this accounts name describing the same situation, but i'd probably feel better if i got a response on the boards.

You aren't allowed to share accounts. That alone is bannable.

What did the suspension message in your client say? That will help us narrow it down.

That said, there are a few things that could be happening here.

  • Account sharing is a bannable offense, for security reasons -- there is credit card information and other personal details on accounts.
  • Toxic behavior can result in punishments -- if you had anyone in your game who wasn't a friend, it could trigger. If an enemy teammate reported you and your behavior in team chat was toxic, the system could flag you. In the latter case it's sometimes possible to contact Player Support with statements from the other players in the game that your team-chat behavior was okay with them.

someone else had commented this in another thread, its titled "got perma banned for memeing with my friend?" and it reads:_If there is someone else in the game who is forced to be exposed to your behavior it is still considered unacceptable.

There are some friend groups, for example, where casual use of racial slurs is considered socially acceptable. That's fine -- in an isolated setting where you only have friends you know are okay with that. The moment that you start using those words in a game with someone who ISN'T okay with that, however, you're forcing them to put up with your language usage and your behavior.

If the game had been all friends, you'd have a good case for Player Support if they all vouched for you. With some players who aren't your friends affected by your behavior, however, I doubt you'll have much luck.

The instant feedback system doesn't consider the situation you're in. The tribunal used to so there were less bans issued. Now you can get banned for "trigger words". I honestly wish we knew what these were because I don't say anything offensive in game but have received multiple chat bans and now a suspension as well. In some of my logs the worst things I've said are "you're so toxic" "stop being toxic" etc but still apparently citable. I also submitted a ticket and would really like an explanation of this crap.

Have everyone in that game submit a support ticket regarding your ban. Every single person on your team in that specific game.

If the game was in SR, 4 players have to vouch for you.

If the game was in TT, 2 players have to vouch for you.
