I legit got banned for no reason.

Send in a Support Ticket saying you didn't receive your e-mail and someone from Riot Support will help you figure out the reason behind the ban. Occasionally there's some mishap with the e-mail (gets rejected by the recipient's e-mail address provider, for example), and they're pretty good at getting to the bottom of it quickly. :)

have you considered opening a support ticket up? https://youtu.be/MR51BJl225s?t=15 could be an idling/afk ban, but dunno
