So, like a normal human I respond when people ask me things, not in a rude way either.. But im pretty sure that the "riot ban bots" are supposed to go after people that are extremely toxic, negative, and rude. not people that actually want to play the game and not troll... But they can't even do that?? Honors just about every game btw and this happens....? Like honestly??

Have you really had ten accounts banned?

If that's actually true and you can't just look at what caused all those bans to determine how to properly behave in this game, I'm not sure what you expect us to do or say that'll make things clearer.

These were all negative statements that served no purpose other then to put others down. Yes, they were not that bad, and we all will have said something like this at one point or another. However, it isn't just hate speech or severe harassment that can result in a punishment, it is also a pattern of negativity. A game like this every once and awhile won't do anything, but if you are acting like this a lot a punishment will be issued. The games shown are not necessarily the only ones considered, they were just the final straw before a punishment was issued.

Now, why a 14? Simple: You were already chat restricted as you stated in chat. The standard escalation path is:

First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction Third Offense: Two Week Suspension Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

Meaning, even if it was a mild offense, if you were currently in or coming off of a lower tier, your punishment was escalated a tier. Be very VERY careful now, as permaban is next.

That's how it works, if you have a chat restriction and continue to do the same things, it escalates you to the next level of punishment.

It's not about whether what you did was worth a 14-day ban, it's about how you kept insulting teammates and demeaning them after being warned (via chat restriction) to stop.
