Appeal a 14 Day Suspension

I had an ARAM Game earlier in the day where our Lulu decided after 2 death 2 minutes in to 'AFK' and harass our team for the remaining 10-11min of the game. So I flamed him right back in all chat which he deserved yet I was given a 14 day suspension (no warning, chat or otherwise) which is frankly bullshit. I highly doubt I'll get it removed but i demand the boosts on my account be paused or RP be refunded since I am unable to play on it.

The whole "he started it" argument doesn't work here. Someone else being toxic first does not excuse your own poor behavior. Even if you feel that they deserve it, responding back by being toxic doesn't solve anything, it only makes matters worse.

Also, while normally people go through 2 sets of chat restrictions before receiving a 14 day suspension, it is possible to be skip those chat restrictions and jump straight to the 14 day suspension if your behavior is severe enough. This is generally reserved for things like hate speech or death threats/encouraging suicide as Riot usually has zero tolerance for that type of behavior. If you show us the chat logs you received, we could see if there was anything that may have triggered an escalation in punishment.

I'm sorry that you think another player's actions is an excuse to behave poorly in a game. You don't get to be a jerk just because you think someone deserves it.

Also I can guarantee that you received a warning in one form or another (whether in an email, a pop up, or in your last suspension/chat restriction).

Your "demand" is also useless as you have agreed to Riot's TOS and penalties for toxic behavior and getting banned don't entitle you to refunds in any way, shape, or form.

So I suppose that you believe two wrongs make a right? They don't.

What did "flaming" that person in all chat accomplish, really? Did they come back to the game? Did your team win? Did it inspire your team? Did it make the experience in game better for the remaining players?

Oh the demands. Did you read the terms of service you agreed to?

I know it sucks when people disrespect you, but if someone murders your friend IRL, and then you find the guys mom and murder her, guess who's going to jail for murder, both y'all. So flaming back is just as stupid as the person flaming, you report after the game, and mute during. Trust me I've tilted so hard I got a smurf banned once, it's not okay. You must control yourself

Boosts are paused for the duration of a suspension. You get nothing if your account is permabanned.

Though I have no problem of giving right back to someone who gives it to me, unlike most here. No need go over the top. Throw your insults and move on. Don't threaten, say they deserve "death" or shlt like that.
