Leavers ban changes

I think riot needs to consider all the innocent people who accidentally turn off their pc or have a one minute power cut, and get bans even if they win. Riots leaving punishment is very very harsh on all levels and I think It should be up to the team mates of the afk person to say how, when or what the consequences are of anyone on their team who leaves. If the team didn't get effected then the afk person gets no ban, but if they lost or struggled and the team thinks they deserve a ban, THEN they can get a ban. This can stop innocent people getting bans and give the rightful afk-ers a ban. I hope you all think of this message in your next patch or upcoming discussions Thanks, Firblaze987
