Hello, i was recently ban for being toxic, i always thought toxic was things like abuse or being nasty.

I see consistent negativity here, and I would report you if I was playing with you. Besides, didn't you learn from your 2 week ban?

I did, my 2 week ban was for things like "kys", "%%%%%%" "you're trash" for people making mistakes.

these games were people making loads of mistakes over and over, i was just trying to tell them to come and help plus he was saying way wose stuff to me like "kys" and calling me a noob. He was provoking me and using worse language and he wasnt punished and i was i guess i never reported him but is what i did really permaban material ?

And here you're talking way too much. You could have focused on the game instead of typing negative texts.

intention wasnt negative, was trying to get him to group with us rather than afk farm.

He would give up objs like dragon and be in the jg as they dived us at mid tower. Ample time to come but he never did, i was in promos and just wanted to win.

I guess its negative, but still i dont think enough for a perma ban. and i got off 14 day like 2 months ago, havent flamed once since, i wouldnt call this flaming or being toxic.

After the 2 week ban you HAVE to be on your very best behavior. Technically you are supposed to do that anyway, but after a 2 week ban any trace of being toxic will get you permabanned, as stated in the reform card.

Now you might actually try to tell me you werent toxic. The system doesn't care if you think you werent toxic, since the system defines what toxic is.

I guess the system defines it, but they never really gave the players a clear definition with distinct boundary's. personally i dont see it as toxic, he was making mistakes i pointed them out and asked him to stop, when he called me a noob i simply bought up the fact i was doing better than him and that he should take some advice and help the time.

Someone can completely ignore the team and pretty much solo throw a game through early feeding (3 deaths pre 10 mins) and then afk farm and not help any lanes or even group up late game, but you say that hes bad and was a major reason we losing and you get ban. I do not understand

Ultimately in the end, our opinions don't matter. Riot's critical and intentionally black and white with that fine line between what does and doesn't counter as poor behavior (as much as people want to think otherwise). Just contact them and see what happens. The worst that could come of it is that if it is confirmed by a representative, you'll have a better understanding of where their fine line is, and what you can do to better yourself as a person during your matches. If it gets appealed, it gets appealed.

To place my own opinion here on the thread though (for the sake of the thread), it's very clear you are being toxic. Hell, it's so much so, I even see it being admitted in the thread of text you posted. Deliberate arguing with some mild dose of unnecessary gloating, overall negative connotation in both the mood of the conversation and by other more direct means, so on and so forth.

Setting a rule and not defining it with clear boundary's leaves it open to interpretation.

I thought for a perma ban you would need to be doing something like threats or feeding, trolling? He could simply mute me.

Someone being so autistic they cant press "mute" if they dont want my advice, shouldnt result in me getting permaban,

That right there is my point. I'm going to end up being a dick by saying this, but unfortunately due to how a lot of people are risen in regards to social settings, more vulgar/insulting remarks/methods of communication have become common, too common. So much so, the effect it's having on online social settings is having just as big of a negative impact, if it weren't made clear with the embargo on the "kys" remarks people seem to make so freely during a match.

If you see yourself starting an argument, or being pulled into one, there's no excuse as to why you couldn't be the one to mute the player as well. It takes two people to start an argument.

You make a good point, but the thing is they have no defined the rules, and they expect players to stick within them.

You will find some people that dont think "KYS" or racism is toxic, and others that find legitimate constructive criticism toxic. They never put a line, as you said people are raised in very different social settings so expecting people to comply with "dont be toxic" and then never defining exactly how league views "toxic" is just obnoxious and naive.

Thanks for your comments though, gave me some insight. and doubt i will get unban (5th perma now, sigh) but at least this account is level 30, unban and ready to ranked 8)

Okay, if you have been permabanned 5 times, you're not a person who should even try to play without typing /mute all and taking your enter key off the keyboard.

As for what you should say: If you wouldn't say it to a stranger on the streets, don't say it in chat.

You clearly do not understand that the punishment system has been in a true based for a number of years. You were obviously on your final straw from a 14 day ban and according to the system you haven't changed. Yes these chatlogs might not be that toxic, but they are toxic nonetheless. Game one doesn't seem too bad, but game two is probably what caused the system to decided you hadn't learn anything from your 14 day ban. You were constantly berating people an threatening to afk. So it seems to me like this was well deserved. Maybe next time just don't use chat if you do not know how to se it properly!

What i was trying to do was get bot to listen to my pings, i pinged that kat was coming bot, hell i even typed it in chat and they are still at the enemy tower kat gets a double kill, then kills our jungle. she has so much dmg off her q at this point she can poke me out of lane over and over, im stressing that they need to play back and not hard push, she goes bot and gets more kills and then has the ability to just tower dive me. My team starts flaming me for "feeding"

yea im threatening to afk because im just getting tower dived over and over by a counter that has got mega fed despite me doing everything in my power to try and prevent it (max ping limit, writing in chat) it was so bad i was stacking mr and health as a mage and she was still poking me under tower to the point i had to back after every 2nd wave.

I was trying to tell them early on that they need to listen to pings, they disregarded that and it resulted in one of the most negative experiences ive had in the game? They can cause me to get extremely frustrated and be bored out of my mind for 20 minutes but i barely even insult them and i get ban?

I tried to reform, i love the game but when stuff like this happens it is very frustrating. if i was to just leave that game i would of got maybe a queue dodge timer, but i wanted to stay and try and win. i complained in hopes my jungler would help me out, chuck my a blue buff or something so i could just farm from way back with abilitys but to no avail.

Reforms dont happen over night, you take someone that is trying to improve their behavior and put them in an extremely stressful and negative environment you cant honestly expect them to hold up ?

Its really not a question of whether its ban worthy or not, its more like, is it worthy of a punishment or not. After your 14 day ban you are basically on probation, so any kind of behavior that got you punished before will get you a permaban
