Perma Mute
Why doesn't riot just make toxic players that get warnings a perma mute or quick chat like runescape lol. Thats legit the only way to stop toxicity, idk why riot doesnt do that legit one of the most toxic games ever. Only solution too

Riot has considered this in the past but decided against it. Players that suddenly lose their ability to vent in chat will probably resort to other methods, such as intentionally feeding and trolling. In the end this really doesn't solve the overall problem.
