How long does it take for ones account punishment tiers to drop back down all the way?
Simply wondering how long it takes until ill be able to use the hextech system.

Tier 1 (10 CR): 3 months Tier 2 (25 CR): 6 months Tier 3 (14 day ban): 9 months Tier 4 (permanent ban): over 9000 (never)
It takes about 3 months to reform.

According to this Red post (also helpfully on the topic of hextech restrictions) there is no specific timetable for lowering your punishment tier. It seems you must play games and not have valid reports filed against you frequently in order to regain the punitive system's trust.
