Account permanently suspended for modifying my league client when I haven't used anything like this.

My account (Gomar62) has been permanently suspended for use of 3rd part systems or modifications to my League of Legends client. I haven't used any type of system like this and would like some information behind why my account was banned. I've been playing for 2+ years and have spend $100+ on this game. Would really like some info asap.
