Please tell me how it's fair i got punished

I don't see how it's fair i got a chat restrict for this game alone. Kha'zix got autofilled support, he asked if he could jng but i said no, he decided to go jng anyway and followed me in my jng trying to take my camps for about 7 min, then he finally went bot while flaming me calling me an idiot, noob and saying he fucked my mother. He even inted a few kills, BUT since he had 2 premades in the game they all 3 reported me and I get punished. Not the kha'zix inting, taking my role, saying he fucked my mother and calling me various names.

This chat log is 100% comprised of you flaming other people.

The other guy is also worthy of a ban, based on your account of what happened, but that doesn't excuse you. There is no reason to flame and harass people in this game. If somebody is trolling you, you're not supposed to feed them. Mute, report, move on.

I mean, did you gain ANYTHING from this chat log? Do you like arguing with internet trolls? Rallying for reports accomplishes nothing, since one report will trigger the game for review, so that's no excuse.

Pretty much your entirely chat log is harassing him for his behavior and his choices. Sure, his behavior may have been inexcusable, but all laying in to him like this does is bring MORE negativity and frustration into the game.

Two wrongs don't fix anything. I know it's infuriating to encounter a player like that, but your best option is just to keep playing the game, set personal goals to find some enjoyment in it, and report him afterward.

First, to get this out of the way, you do not know whether or not he got punished.

To the point: You get chat restrictions because you abuse the chat functionality to argue with people, the restriction is there to remind you that chat is for a few messages to coordinate with your team and that you are to stop abusing it and violating your contract.

And just like leaverbuster, it was not this one game. You got punished because you have a history of doing this.

You started the game by picking a fight with your team. That's not the intended function of chat. If anything just adjust and report after. You want to win not make the objective of the game to attack your own team while the other team wins.

Plus the best thing you can do is not worry about other people's behavior when minding your conduct. Other people's actions don't change rules and expectations regarding chat etiquette.

You asked for reports - not only is this a form of harassment but it's against riots terms, you have no reason to ask for reports 1 report = 9 reports.
You flamed the guy right back - just because he flamed you doesn't give the the right or the authority to flame him back.
You harassed him the entire game - his behavior was out of line but that doesn't give you an excuse to harass him you also harassed his Premades teammates.

Does he deserve punishment? Yes. {From what you've told us only} Do you deserve this punishment? Yes.

Play the game not start arguments with your team, if somebody flames you mute them then report them at the end retaliating and creating a negative environment for other players is grounds for you to be punished.

"How is it fair. " Quite simply you are responsible for your own actions, nobody forced you to harass this player you took it upon yourself to do that so you got the appropriate punishment.
