I Got perma banned for defending my friend

I was playing a ranked game duo with my friend when our top asks to switch and go mid which is where my duo is. My friend accepts. My friend in the game feeds because the enemy teemo was better. Our midlaner then starts swearing like crazy and tells him to not play yasuo, kassadin, this game and his life. So naturally i defended my friend. Later on i recieve a message that i got banned.

Wanting to defend your friend is one thing, but telling someone to kill themselves is another entirely. Under no circumstances is this ever acceptable to say, hence why it's subject to an immediate escalation to a 2-week or permaban, and I would highly advise finding other more mature and respectful ways of defending yourself/your friend that don't involve things like wishing harm, hate speech, insults/harassment and/or racist comments. Sorry to say but the ban was deserved.

You weren't "defending you're friend" once you started attacking the other guy. Telling someone to kill themselves is EXTREMELY inappropriate. You need to grow up and realize how desensitized you are to the concept, and learn a little bit about compassion and respect. How would you feel if that player was suffering from depression and your bullying lead them to actually commit suicide? That shit has actually happened before. Understand how words can affect people and dont advise people to end their own lives. A perma-ban is getting off easy.
