I've been reported and god knows i deserved some punishment for some of the things I said but recently my account has been permanently punished for getting trolled by a 4 man in every aspect of the way. I'd just like to get to know if its possible to appeal or if the robots decide your fate. I can provide chat logs if a riot employee wants.
If it's a perma ban there is no option Riot will unban it.
Once you get permabanned you can never get un permabanned trust me I've tried.

This stuff right here is giving up and somewhat verbal abuse.
You can send in a support ticket or try for a live chat tomorrow on the support site. Chances are though you won't get unbanned. They typically only unban when a ban was given in error.
If you want to post your logs, the community could weigh in and point out problems and give you their thoughts on the chance of you getting unbanned.

Also one more piece of info: every single ban I received was when I played with a 4 man group that completely ruined the game for me. Theres no other games that I was punished over.
