I've been reported and god knows i deserved some punishment for some of the things I said but recently my account has been permanently punished for getting trolled by a 4 man in every aspect of the way. I'd just like to get to know if its possible to appeal or if the robots decide your fate. I can provide chat logs if a riot employee wants.

You berate your team constantly for their scores throughout the entire game. You accuse people of not being skillful indirectly by accusing them of playing "broken" champs.
Your chat was negative, whether you want to accept it or not. I presume you had a recent 14 day suspension that warned you your behavior was out of line?
LegendaryKnightX1 votesThis isn't really worth the ban to be honest, like it or not a computer that can't read context is not a very accurate or good banning system, it's why there are no computers proof readers for editing companies when it comes to context for books, not spelling, it's why editor jobs currently arn't replaced with computers.

Context simply doesn't matter. Players are expected to be mature enough to have the self control to not be toxic in chat over a video game.

There are 4 punishment tiers:
Consistent mild toxicity will lead to a punishment, which means that consistent mild toxicity over lots and lots of games will eventually result in a permaban. Which is what happened here.

LegendaryKnightX2 votesThey won't always actually, and riot will not reverse bans even when they are in the wrong, which sucks their ban system at the moment is busted so best thing to do is just not use chat at all, it's very risky with the computer not being able to read contextualized text.

LegendaryKnightX2 votesAgain it may sound that way but if you only see one side you can't know, I mean in all honestly the banning system is pretty flawed at the moment, a computer can't read context in a conversation, they never have been able to it's why editors have jobs that computers can't replace, I'm not talking about spelling or light gramerical errors, but contextual issues and that's why putting a computer in charge of text management is a bad system.

Imperial Pandaa1 votesYou can send in a support ticket or try for a live chat tomorrow on the support site. Chances are though you won't get unbanned. They typically only unban when a ban was given in error.
If you want to post your logs, the community could weigh in and point out problems and give you their thoughts on the chance of you getting unbanned.

I just wish it didnt come down to submitting a ticket that a bot looks through first then followed up by someone who doesn't look any further into the matter saying its the rules.

There is a reason, which is frequently argued if right or wrong, why they don't look much further. That is most of the time people who think they are "defending" are actually "retaliating".
It doesn't matter what everyone else is saying to you, they are responsible for their actions and theirs alone. You are responsible for yours. Yes, we are human and sometimes have trouble just ignoring idiots. You are responsible for your actions, if they are harassing you; I know it might be hard, but just mute them and play your game. You can report after the game or not, but you need to keep yourself safe.

Imperial Pandaa1 votesFair but please bear in mind. It isn't so much that trolling is acceptable, as much as it is harder to detect. It is simpler to detect text/verbal cases.
I may be wrong but I want to say that is largely due to the community. The IFS is supposed to learn and improve its system by itself, although a Rioter can still update it themselves. The issue is so many people report or have reported for trolling/inting when that wasn't the actual case. This is why comments in reports are encouraged. It also helps for manual reviews.

Imperial Pandaa1 votesFrom what I understand the live chat is essentially in Beta and is only available at certain times currently. I have never personally used it but it should just be on the site. Perhaps someone with a colored name can help more.
