You can get banned for stealing champions ?

what do you mean by "stole your champ"? i once wanted to play lucian mid and my adc wanted to play him bot. we both picked at the same time. i waited 5 seconds before the timer ran out to give him lucian. he didnt take it so i took it. did i steal him the champ?

That's not a punishable offense tbh. It's been confirmed by Riot that you can play anything that you want, and ban anything that you want even if your team is hovering it. It might be a dick move, but it's not punishable. Everyone gets a ban and everyone gets a pick. Chances are that he was pinged for something else.

i was picking singed and this dude purposely took it he didnt even want to play singed he just saw i was picking him in an offmeta lane (not top) and decided i was trolling or whatever
