The general game flow is, my support plays poorly and decides to completely abandon me to the point where im getting dove by the fed enemy botlane and double assassins, and Im quite annoyed at the fact that I have no help at all, much less peel or anything such. I of course end up having an awful score and getting blamed for it all the while, in the meantime, my camile top and lee sin mid are dishing out inhuman levels of flame. Lee called me a "silver 1 retard" completely unprovoked, I didnt flame him nor did I ping or something, and camile chimed in quite a bit as well. I dont know how to get a hold of their chat logs other than to go the game and screenshot or write down everything, if someone else does, please do take a look. Its a Vayne game on my match history. I just cant believe I get chat restricted and the people openly calling me trash, telling me to kill myself and claiming I am retarded get to go unpunished.

PS The Lee sin mid added me after game only to write down what I've copied and said in the post game chat, the allcaps text commenting on my vayne pick.

How do you somehow know they got unpunished? The notification is not always sent - to prevent this sort of "did I get someone punished" or "witch hunt" behavior.

I hope you realize there are different punishments. For all you know said person got punished with a chat restriction which means they are still able to play, thus OP.gg showing them still playing. Maybe you should stop misinforming people!

Ok, first off your not even reading what i wrote, the punishment i was describing was a Ban punishment. Second Previous punishment dont "Vanish" if you are punished with a 10 penalty once and get into trouble again in a designed time cap it will be 25 and etc to 14-perma ban.

Here is another thing i believe your ignorant about, people who know how to "boil people blood" know what there doing from previous games, so once again instead of riot reading the situation they perfect to let a computer do it, finds "toxic" words and then clicks the Ban button.

But your correct about the different punishment's, but people who are toxic tend to continue being toxic.

So, wow, no you incorrect about the punishments and not "vanishing". It is possible to drop down in punishment tiers with good behavior. Which means it is completely possible to get a specific punishment multiple times. Yes it requires like 3 months and 100+ games, but it is possible.

Maybe you were describing a "ban" punishment and yes, maybe op.gg could help identify that. But as Sarutobi already mentioned, and Chermorg may have alluded to; the other party may have gotten a chat restriction. Meaning no disruption in game time, but still punished.

Like what makes you better then Human.... Stop assuming your a god or better then the rest of us.. I have even seen people post on this god dam forum , Honor 5 removed and now Penalty? Please..... you make 0 sense and have 0 proof.

Which is a rough guess. But seeing as some people have had 7-8 penalties in their account life. It does show it drops off.

People have had well over 4 penalties on their account. It isn't specifically time based. As to avoid people simply leaving their accounts alone for x long.

I never claimed to be better than human, and yes, most people would probably keep playing and doing worse. I won't even pretend to be great, but I won't receive a penalty most likely in game. Why? Because I developed a system to keep me calm in game. Drinking water when I get upset. Speaking irl instead of typing when tilted. If salty after game, get off LoL until I calm down. I don't play after a lose for ranked. I leave queue if someone dodges, assuming there is a troll. I don't have the gambler's mentality that causes this problem for some, the "one more game, this one will be better".

Looks like it did get punished. Toxicity towards a toxic person is still toxicity. As for the Lee Sin, he'll get punished eventually.
