A feature in league called "The Ban System"

So today after a while I thought lets play some league of legends. I play a few games when I get time. I play normals because Im not level 30 yet. I played atleast 4 games today and guess what happens. I get trolls, afkers and toxic players in my games. I refrain to use the chat in game until I need to call an objective ( because of my past 10 ingame chat ban). I agree that I was toxic when I started the game in early levels but after the ban I got I usually mute my team and refrain from the chat.

Now instead I get all those troll in my games who just feed like anything and flame you otherwise. Now what I usually do after all these kinds of game is just report them and move on. But the next thing you know is they never get a ban. I'm like okay fine they must have improved their nature and must have not flamed later but what can you say about my luck !! Aha they are in my team again in the next game and because they recognise me they start calling me noob and that I'm bad and they would int again if I play bad. Now I would dodge in this case but the timer is way too long after a while. Now this is an experience that has occurred to all us players but the sad thing about it is that RIOT games does nothing about it. It has been years since they updated the game's ban system and have given opportunity to these kind of players to grow. People are not afraid of this sytem anymore and troll and act toxic like they want to be. I mean how sad this is for players in low elo and normals that they try to have fun and play with friends but instead encounter a troll toxic person in game which ruins their play time.

I have a live example with me which proves that riot has a horrible ban system. A player I know now used to int every game like run it down mid and feed but he would never type anything in chat and would flame all of them after the game got over he did it till vl 25 and said he enjoyed it and that's why he used to do it. I would tell the ign of the player if required but I don't think it is necesarry now so I would not add for the time being. I mean riot release atleast 26 patches every year with only 1 thought and that is to add more skins in game to earn more money they somehow don't care about the experience of they low elo players I have gives so damn many surveys by riot and always suggested regarding their useless ban system but they never tend to do anything. I always keep quite by after a while u cant contain it Riot. These people ruin the community because u guys don't want to do anything. All I want from this post is a proper justification FROM A RIOTIER as to why riot does not look into this matter and let these inters loose. Thank you for reading and pls don't be toxic

First edit your post and organize it with some paragraphs and so on, nobody wants to read something like that.

So yeah there are assholes everywhere, report every time you see one of them. When leveling up your account you'll play with a lot of trolls/toxic people who created new accounts, it takes some time for them to be banned. Remember that we are near christmas and the new year, so there are a lot of kids in vacation who plays right now. Once you'll gain MMR you'll get less assholes in your games.

The system isn't perfect but nothing is, it's sometimes hard to differentiate someone who ints with someone who is new on a certain role/champion. I don't think you realize the difficulties of creating a system that can 100% tell if someone is inting or not ( there are obvious cases of course, but inters can always find other ways to ruin the game without it being obvious ).

I'd suggest you to try ranked flex 5v5 with friends once you'll be level 30, with vocal communication with discord/teamspeak/whatever. I'm not telling you to not do solo queue but it helps to have some games where you know everyone try their best, where it's easy to coordinate. No trolls/inters/feeders/assholes/... Overall it's a better experience than normals/solo queue. Take small breaks after having bad games, maybe alternate ranked flex and solo queue.

Always remember not to tilt/flame when you get confronted to assholes, as it can get you punished even if "you did nothing wrong just insulted that dude who is 0/20/0".

EDIT: also something that i often do, if someone on the enemy team dodge a game when you are in champ select, it's a good idea to quit the queue and wait let's say one minute, just in case there was a troll in the enemy team, that way you'll have less chance of a possible troll ending up in your team when you'll get back in queue. Remember that assholes are a minority in the game, you just feel like there are a ton of them because they talk too much.

You rambled so much in this and that makes it difficult to read. Be more straight to the point next time if you want your message to get across. However, It's true that the people who actually deserve the permanent bans get to roam free while the people who say "stfu" once gets suspended forever. I see the frustration all throughout your message and the only thing I can say is, mute and report. One report isn't enough to grab the automated systems attention unless they use extremely vulgar language (racial slurs, kys, etc.). It would be nice for Riot to update their punishment system.

Best of luck in the battle field [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

So .... your concern is actually the about how the system isn't too visible, which is true.

But the truth is that people who troll and grief do get banned. It may take some time as there are alot of false data, as many people like to report anyone that feeds as inting, but eventually the system catches up to them.

You can argue that they aren't improving that system as much as we want, Riot Tantram has come on and said that the improvements do come along, they just are never written into the patch notes. In early November, a Riot employee mentioned that there was a an improvement towards the detection of people whom run it down mid, of course that information is not on the patch notes, but I do want to believe that it has made it to the patch.

What you really need, is probably something like this.
