My friend got permanently banned

My friend got banned when we were playing a normal game. At first he got outplayed and his opponent survived with 1 hp and he did that chat spam and called the riven" "FCKN LUCKER" (He was top lane) After that he decided to fool around a bit by saying "poppy 0 ganks reported" when that could never happen since the poppy was support and it was in the 5th minute. Is there anyway I can help him?

Your friend can post on the boards still. If he wants to discuss his ban he can make a post, and if he thinks he can contest his ban he can submit a Support Ticket.

He has already did. But the only replies he has received was that the ban cannot be lifted under any circumstances.

I have heard that unfair/wrong punishments are being lifted

They do lift punishments for mistakes, but that doesn't seem like the case here.

Almost every line of that log is a problem. If we do take that 0 gank thing as a joke towards the support, it is the only acceptable thing in the entire log. Given the light nature of that log, it also makes the overwhelming likelihood that this game was just a drop in the bucket and the frequency of negativity is the core of the issue than the severity of any of the incidents. Even the absolutely most minor thing that is considered punishable will lead to a permanent ban if you get punished for it 4 times.

Your friend can submit a support ticket if he wants to get a definitive answer from, but it is extremely unlikely to lead to anything different than you find here other than it will have a red name at the top.

That's basically the end of it, then. If you're wondering why this match was flagged as a valid report, he threatened someone with a report, then from what it looks like in all chat he afk'd and was being rude. Spamming chat is also not something he should be doing.

I explained why he did these actions. Also he didn't afk as i remember. We were pretty behind in the early-mid game but we managed to comeback with his calls,he was a diamond player even though he was playing League for only one year. If this is the end of his account it must feel bad, he has helped me learn this game by sacrificing his ranked games just to be bamned from just one game.Damn.

He didn't get permabanned over 1 game. Punishment is done in 4 steps;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

Except in severe cases such as using hate speech and making death threats, you get punished 1 step at a time in order. This permaban was the result of a long history of toxic behavior through multiple punishments, or a severe offense that isn't listed in the chat log provided.
