i have been afk in many of my games recently. BECAUSE i have been dcing in almost every game I play. Our internet is very strong

You probably need to stop playing league until your internet is a bit more stable. It's not fun for your teammates when they are forced into a 4v5 situation.
Northern Europe has some of the best Internet infrastructure in the entire world. I would literally kill someone to get Swedish quality Internet here in Los Angeles.
Stop playing league until you fix your crappy connection.
