Ranked Refunds

I have always wondered, is there any plan in place to implement refunds for ranked games where people intentionally feed? In a game where an Amumu player says in Champion Select chat that he is planning to drop to Bronze V by inting and that on his match history he had recently fed 2-24 in a game, we were guaranteed to lose as he exclusively ran it down lanes from level 1 all the way to 20 minutes. That is not a winnable game scenario and it is not even close to fair. I now have to win 2 games simply to make up for the one that I was guaranteed to lose and my only solace is that there is a minimal chance said player will be banned. Why not give the enemy team their winning points and provide support tickets or LP refunds for players who had a multiple-time reported inter on their team with chat logs to back it up?

Probably not. Any circumstance that leads to LP "refunds" will encourage people to bully other players to do that thing. If there is no LP loss for a leaver, for example, the correct strategy when you are behind is to encourage someone else to leave. That's really, really bad for the game.

will they get banned? Maybe. will we get refunds or something? (my personal thought) no...

i don't think that such a thing would exist. if it did a lot of people could take advantage of it let's assume that someone ended up with a jungler or a top laner that didn't say anything in chat and was just having multiple bad games people would claim that he was inting and end up getting refunded and could result someone in a ban even tho they did nothing wrong.
