If you got banned for flaming then you used your chances.

If you got banned for scripting, but you didn't script, contact support.

What was the reason that was posted to your ban notification? If we don't know why you were banned, it makes it hard to help you.

Depending on the reason you were banned, there are different courses of action you can take.

Please post a screen shot of your ban notification or type it out.
