So my account was recently perma banned and I'm not sure as to why. I have received no information on this subject and have never been issued a temp ban or chat restriction in the past. Even if I was toxic in one of my last few games this seems strange. I have already submitted a support ticket but does anyone know what is going on and would like to offer their take?
PresBushDid7113 votesA first time perma for chat would have to be beyond toxic and you would have logs when you try to log in. It is probably either a charge back, did you recently buy rp? Or it an attempt to protect your account from unauthorized access. You will have to wait on player support ticket boss.

Poobear771 votesit says that the account has been permanently suspended and to check email for details but the email on my account right now is not one that i recognize. Think theres any chance of getting the account back?
Imperial Pandaa1 votesGood news, it is probably a safety lock of your account. Sounds like someone may have tried to access your account. Open a support ticket and speak to them.
ModPeriscope1 votesYou should retry logging in. There should be information elaborating about why your account is banned/suspended. If you've already submitted a support ticket, there's not much else to do but wait for a response.
