So my account was recently perma banned and I'm not sure as to why. I have received no information on this subject and have never been issued a temp ban or chat restriction in the past. Even if I was toxic in one of my last few games this seems strange. I have already submitted a support ticket but does anyone know what is going on and would like to offer their take?
A first time perma for chat would have to be beyond toxic and you would have logs when you try to log in. It is probably either a charge back, did you recently buy rp? Or it an attempt to protect your account from unauthorized access. You will have to wait on player support ticket boss.
We'll need more information. What does it EXACTLY say when you try to log in?
You should retry logging in. There should be information elaborating about why your account is banned/suspended. If you've already submitted a support ticket, there's not much else to do but wait for a response.
