Reason to be banned

So today I found a Darius in ARAM that refused to play the game and he refused to disconnect (because he wanted to avoid the auto report by staying afk). He refused to play the game because for him, as Darius, it would be impossible to play against the enemy team. He was 2000 ingame range far from the fight doing absolutely nothing, and when I say absolutely nothing I say absolutely nothing. This is not simply staying afk, he, in his way, inting the match (in some extented way of the term). Can this guy be punish properly or I have to give up that actually toxic behaviour are not punished?

Also another question, saying "ez" is punished? If no, why not? It's a deliberately unfair action against the meaning of sportsmanship.

Not contributing to the match is punishable. It's a gameplay infraction equal to inting in severity and punishment. In fact, the reform card would label it as inting.

EZ is a negative phrase, and does contribute to the IFS' ML scoring if it is reported. It doesn't seem to be weighted very heavily at the moment, but as the server as a whole continues to report it, its weighting will be modified.

If a player is griefing or trolling be sure to report after the game. Afterwards, report them via Riot Support Ticket.

He was detected by LeaverBuster, it’s a virtual guarantee.

Him not actually disconnecting does not mean he would not have been detected and flagged as AFK.
