Is this how this game works?

Basicly i got chat restricted and now i cant get any items or stuff.

1 of the games, we had a 0-21-0 jinx, he literally wanted us to lose. the other game we had an xin who did same thing, sadly i dont got screenshot of it. 1 game i left cause we had 2 people who were premade but they didnt want to play with team, so they went top and they didnt care about enemies killing base.

Yeah, i lost my cool on 2 of the games, but how did i get a report that went through for the 3rd game? This game i remembered,

also i dont get it, when someone intentionally feeds and you dont want to spend 40 min of your free time just to wait until enemy push base, you get a leaver warning?

i like this game, its like a fast dota, but i dont like that i cant play a game , do my best, but still dont matter cause of 1 person. why is there no kick? i feel like we could win some of the games we had people who fed on.
