Yes. You're correct - you have the right given to you by your Creator (whoever you may feel that is) to have autonomy - which includes the right to be mad at someone else. You are further correct that you have the right to express that anger and take it out on others if you so choose.

Riot is a private company, however. They have every right to restrict or bar you from using their services if you are unwilling to abide by their rules - the most important ones being the Summoner's Code you agreed to when you joined. In this Code, you agreed that you'd remain calm and sportsmanlike, no matter how the game is going. Flaming others for being bad is absolutely not in line with appropriate behavior in League, and hence why you got restricted.

You talk too much. Spam pinging is an easier way to flame your team without getting banned.
