once again another chat ban for no reason..

So i got another chat ban for no reason, when its not even me being really toxic, most of the time im trying to help and then i get rude responses for NO reason which results in them reporting me and riot banning me, this is the second time ive had a chat ban and this one is ridiculous. Why do i get a chat ban when im not really doing anything wrong in the first place? i hope riot actually reads the entire game, they sent me the chat logs from the games i was in of the things i said, and most of it is because other players are being rude as hell...why do i get the chat ban? the chat bans aren't really helping at all because when i need to type to a team member i can't because i can only send 5 messages per game...just doesn't seem right to me at all. especially when you can clearly see im always saying good job to my team and praising when we get kills or dragons or take turrets...but yet its me being chat banned...like a game from last night...this xin and panth BOTH quit and it was 3v5, poppy REFUSED to help my adc in anyway...and then gets RUDE WITH ME and i get he chat ban...how is this fair?
