How Long Has the Tribunal Been Down for Maintenance?

I have some questions about the tribunal. It seems like it is ALWAYS down for maintenance, like for years now. Is it working in the meantime? Does it have an expected non-maintainance ETA?

It will never be back. It was viable when the community was small enough to have human intervention, like CS GO, but the game is to big now.

I feel like this. While they keep "mentioning" it, I have literally had people cuss our team out in game and make horribly racist comments and follow that up with, "go ahead and report me, nothing will happen anyway."

Really discouraging that if feels like Riot doesn't even care to work on a solution.

If people are being racist, that is defined as hate speech and is a serious offense in terms of agreements. You must report those people that game and if needed, send a support ticket with that game's log file and any other evidence. Riot actually takes Hate Speech and/or serious toxic events extremely seriously. and if they mention that they don't care cause nothing would happen, it is a red flag for Riot to punish them without extra evidence needed.
