Please fix blind pick

For the past so many blind pick games, I've always played with someone who is either trolling or simply being salty and all of that. The reason I use blind is because of the long queue of draft. Please, make it so that trolls don't continuously appear in my games. This causes a huge negative experience and I really want someone to fix it.
