Why did i got Permanently suspended , cuz every time i pick with full boosted premade of 4 peoples , and when something bother them , they go full retard and im reported for no reason , i admit i'm toxic as a right brain can be sometimes of some toxic and more toxic players , But im reported for no reason everytime when i play with a team of 4 premades when i say something wrong at least , now i got permanently banned cuz i've been "Spicy" looks to be as i said in the past Discussion this is a terrible community and riot cant handle this , even for a free game lol .

You don't get punished for just one premade. If you were permabanned, it's because you have a history of problems.

Actually, Erdrik is correct here.

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.

You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.

Riot sends you an email detailing exactly what you did along with the chat logs of the games used to make the decision. Like I am straight up rude to people, Ill admit it. But I've gotten better after a few mutes and ranked suspensions, this is your chance to reform your behavior. It might have to be done with a new account, but its better than nothing. Or you can find a new game and blame the community, (I use to do this)

I know the community sucks sometimes, and there are trolls that will drive you up the wall. But retaliation will never get you anywhere and it wont affect those players ever, either. If you get banned over someone else's behavior. The only loser is you, friend.

One report does as much as 9. False reports do nothing, 9 false reports will still do nothing. One true report is going to get you in trouble, 9 true reports will get you in just as much trouble, just as fast. Being reported by a premade of 4 is exactly the same as being reported by a single person. Premades hold no power over how often or how quickly you'll be punished.
