I got a ban about a week before the season ended the (20 min afk) do i get season rewards or not because i just reached silver

I don't think you'll get anything if you have a ban 3 months or something so before season ends.

LeaverBuster punishments won't affect your eligibility towards season rewards. If you haven't received your rewards yet, hang tight! Distribution is on-going during these two weeks following the season.

If after two weeks, you still don't have the reward(s) associated with the rank you ended Season 6 at, it may be best to submit a ticket to Riot Games Player Support so they can look into this further.
