now i haven't talked in like 10 games is this just a automated thing where people have just reported u for it hoping for u to get banned for no reason
is this actually because i am being punished

It could be from a previous game that the team didn't get a chance to review.
But if it came up, there's a valid reason for it.
Something occurred that triggered the system, it's not from just other players spamming REPORT. Other players calling attention to that only focuses the system on your account for the Riot Player Behavior & Moderation team to look closer to why the system highlighted you.
If you feel that it's unjust, send Riot support a ticket about it and they can explain to you what happened for them to reach that decision.
This is one of the issues I have with the automated reports. To not talk in multiple games and still get an offensive language warning is flawed tremendously. It proves that no one checks the reports or rarely checks the reports.
