Beyond that, if you're frustrated beyond control and need to vent, vocalize it rather than type it. Can't get banned for any crazy shit you're saying in the privacy of your own home.

Before you type anything, think "is this really going to make the other person play better" "what would I do if someone said this to me"

Just don't type. You can be banned for anything and everything. At the beginning of every game just "/fullmute all" and play.

Avoid saying negative things and any actions to get another players reaction(inting, following in jungle, etc). Best conclusion is that if there is ANY ounce of spite don’t do it.

Simple, don't do or say anything that you know will just tick other people off. Also, don't feed the trolls, as if you don't give them the negative reaction they want out of you then chances are they'll stop misbehaving and focus on the actual game itself (not always but sometimes).

Besides the obvious things people are saying, dont even "state facts" about other players in your game. Dont state a fact about their performance, score, rank or anything in the context of an arguement or if it comes off as accusatory in any way. Its really simple, so its hard to explain when you witness people who dont understand it constantly. I dont know how to explain something so basic and simple to people who dont get it. So if you arent good at recognizing social cues and being polite or respectful, just dont use chat.
