the fun of ranked through the ages of league

I find it that through the years that I have played this game the ranked games seem to keep getting more and more toxic in the lower elos which have ben greatly ignored. I guess what I am really saying is that overall seasons 1,2&3 where the last games of league that I truly ever had fun in ever since then ranked has ben all about if u win everyone is happy if u r losing it is all ways one persons fault and not even the one whos fault it really is. but I am all most at the end of wanting to play this game because of all the disrespect I keep getting from new players even when I give them tips on how to counter the laneing enemy. any ways the hole jest of this post is to hopefully bring lite to what has ben dubbed "the ello hell hole" and hope fully get the ranked game to feel as fun and skill based as they use to be in the old seasons.
