Should We Change The Ban System?

******Heres a little message I sent to riot?!! Someone Help me! Am I In the wrong? I was suspended 3 years ago for toxic, and now its been a long time since ive been banned. Who else agrees that riot should reset this automatic ban system after a month or so?

This is udderly unexceptionable. My league account was banned for toxic behavior but why? I was following the feedback that people have gave me and I want to know what I did wrong. My account was previously suspended and it was do to people mass reporting me for toxic behavior. Whenever I play games of league on flex 5 I always get matched with groups. If i do something wrong they all report me for doing one little thing, I get it people are toxic, But the only reason Ive gotten reported is for talking to my team trying to give some advice, but Im the one who gets reported when im the one trying extremely hard in this game. Ive always tried my best and I love playing the game. I cannot do anything now. My account was banned because of a jungler that was not doing his job, he came into lane and stole farm and was just trolling all game. Ive spent hundreds of dollars on this account and I cant let it go to waste. Ive promised so many people that I will get my grades up. All im asking for is a clean slate, I Just want to enjoy playing league of legends but i cannot do that if my account is suspended. I have a youtube channel of every game mode you guys can watch. Ive been toxic to the people who are toxic to me. Ive reported them mostly junglers and muted them in game. But if I mute them they will not come to lane and gank or assist me to get the lead. Please Riot! All Im asking for is a second chance, Ive spent way to much money on this account for it to be banned and I will do anything to get it back. I make money off of league from streaming it on Twitch.tv! I can no longer stream because of this issue of me being banned. Please give me a second chance. If not I would like all the money that I have spent refunded ASAP******

Harassment, in your games you are harassing other players banned for not changing your ways after prior punishments

You were banned for your behavior, which you have complete control over.

It's not a perma ban. They tend to range but typically when your account is "banned" it is actually only suspended for ~200 years. If you are patient the time will just fly by and you'll be back to playing in no time.

They don't care. Stop talking to your team. Use smart pings. Find and play with a 5 man group and you will never be reported again...

SUBMIT CHAT LOGS to prove your innocence and then open a support ticket if you feel the punishment was wrong.

My thoughts from what you said

"Ive spent way to much money on this account for it to be banned and I will do anything to get it back" You had 3 prior punishments and still continued to act in a fashion that would result in a ban You had plenty of 2nd chances on this account sorry to say. False reports don't aid to your punishment.

Why is it league will get your grades up?

Nobody is stopping you from making another account to "enjoy league"

The money you spent is spent, riot gave you digital items on an account as was the agreed transaction
