Flaming Smurfer

So just played a game of ranked and as usual I had someone who was doing good in their lane. But as the game started to progress and my team started dying, my mid laner (removed), started to flame the team for being beyond bad. And so we tried our best to go around the map getting objectives and kills, but we kept dying and our Ezreal would non stop spam chat on how bad we were and would refuse to help. I don't know if there is a way to look at chat after a game has passed but I believe a fellow rioter (removed) was in our game. If there is anything you can do to this player so he has fair punishment that would be lovely because I am certain by the way he acted, this was not his first outburst towards others. Thank You.
