Riot should change this stupid reporting system. Especially in NA server, I think people play this game to report others and make them get perma banned.

Just because someone gets reported doesn't mean they'll get punished.
False reports will be thrown out, since it proves that the victim didn't do anything wrong.
But if they were banned/suspended, then that means they MUST have did something wrong. And yes, toxicity is included.
ah yes i too hate that we have a feature that removes toxic players from the community
