Riot support doesnt care about evidence

Ive had 2 accounts hacked in the past year which one got banned while away and the other stolen during a time with no internet. When i tried to contact riot support about the issues I told them in both tickets I have the proof that i owned the account and i was not playing on it during the time of the first ban and the second I was the owner of it while getting weird password change emails while i wasnt on. They told me in both tickets they basically could care less about proof and only care about the first 5 champs owned first buys etc which is hard to remember. I feel that if you arent a known person in the community they could careless about you as a player. I thought support was supposed to help the players not just ignore them completely.

No, they told you that the evidence you provided was not sufficient to verify you as the original creator.

As Iytsuna already told you, pro players, or any "known" players for that matter do NOT get any privileges. They have to follow the same rules and go through the same procedures as every other player.

They have to follow the same rules and go through the same procedures as every other player. They do get special treatment which is shown often. Meteos ints on stream and tells people to go kill themselves and still plays freely. Alot of pros can do whatever without real punishment like normal players. And having the emails with the code from the original email to change it isnt enough to show i was the original creator for the account with logging into the twitch account that has the vod of the game and show them the emails.

Pro players have gotten banned before. Keep in mind you also have to establish a behavior of toxicity before punishments kick in. And if they only said anything in person on the stream, Riot can do nothing against that as it's not breaking their ToS

High elo is not like the elo you and I play at. A lot of these players know each other and are friends and don't report toxic behavior. No reports=no bans

This shows you have access to the email account and a twitch account (what if it was the same password for all?). The only sure fire way to prove ownership of an account that I can think of is via Credit Card numbers associated with the account.

Also, put a double space and double enter after your quoted text to end the block.

I agree that those questions are silly. I own every champion and I have never considered it important to know which 5 I bought first.

Ya, I remember playing Karthus a lot first, but I only recently just bought him. I don't think I'd be able to answer who my first 5 champs were either.

I have the emails of changing account email to my new one with a password change email when my internet was out and stream vods of me on the account. I also told them i would go onto a stream and log into the emails and show them that i changed it with the codes and had access to it before it was taken.I also have pictures of mastery and rune changes for the same champ which is completely different for a similar matchup. For the banned one i have photos and a form from the time i went out for a school trip but they would not even look at them

That only proves that at one point you played on account (that would be evidence u would have if u were given account from someoene or if u bought account. What evidence u have that YOU created account? Dont they ask for first friends, original email, location where account is created...?

I have the original email and the verification emails for both emails i had used for the account. If you remember the first friend you added years after playing that is really something.

Of course i do. From what i recall they ask u for: acc name, location where u registered account, locations where u played, last IP u used to play, ISP when registering account, payments on acc, first five champs , first 5 friends... I mean easy questions.

When they ask u for first 5 champions, u dont need to answer all 5 correctly or in correct order. Anyone would remember that if account was their. Questions are pretty reasonable.

Well they dont always ask all the questions. They ahve questionaire and ask u some of the questions. They are usually questions real owner of account would remember,
