Browsing shop while in low priority
It should be possible to browse the shop/your profile etc while waiting in a low priority queue, having to wait up to 20 min and not be able to do anything is very annoying

...You can just click out of the timer and it keeps counting down
You know what else is annoying? Having to deal with the AFKers/quitters who keep resetting the game queues. cough
