Okay, something needs to happen right now to this system and I want my acc back.

I just got permanently banned because of a toxic player. A toxic player got ME banned. This is just utterly ridiculous. I don't know if he had some power over this game, like being a riot employee, but seems weird. He said he'd write a ticket, just because he was mad at me for losing his own lane, then flaming the hell out of me. I got permanently banned over this one game. He started flaming me very harshly. I said pretty much nothing back, just that report him and that he will get banned. Here is my chat log:

Over this single instance, my acc got permanently banned. Where do I address my complaint? I've payed probably 100s of euros for this game. Not to mention my account is a decade old and I've played thousands upon thousands of games with it. This is not justified by any means. I'm a very positive player and people often comment my good vibes. I mostly start lobby with: Hello my awesome team. And since I've had my penalties over some last mistakes I've made in chat, I've made sure that I never flame anyone. Not even repeat what they said to me. Please tell me where to contact about this.
