Leave Buster on a bot match?

Uhh i just got disconnected from a pretty much won bot match, literaly attacking nexus turrets, only to reconnect and find that i have a 20 minute leave buster!? that seems a little bit ridiculous doesnt it? i cant even remember the last time i got this stupid thing i get it playing around on bots? i mean even if it wasnt over its a freakin bot match did i really comprise winning cuz i got dc, on top of u literally dont get anything from winning one anyway. i dont get it.
