Just got banned with no Email

So I was able to log in and play a game but after the game ended the after score screen never popped up. I then tried to reopen the client and log back in, thats when i got the message of me being "permanently suspended". I never received any email about why this happened (constantly checking it as well) and have never seen this issue before. Kinda curious if this has happened to others and why it would just randomly happen to me. (also first time using this, thank you for the help as to where to post this)

Edit: Also to add I've never been chat restricted, given a warning, or been temporarily banned. Just thought I'd put that in there.

I am the friend nightfallx is posting about, same thing happened to me hah I've only been playing 4-5 days and I don't think I typed in the chat how do we get unmanned?

Send a ticket to Riot Support for assistance. Expect a reply around a day or two.

im so enthusiasted by the fast response by riot...not lol, over 4 hrs now close to 5 without logged game time. Valuable went wasted tonight and im furious

it has happened to me aswell around 8pm Eastern time when i logged in i got the same message for no reason at all, I'm not even a 1 month old player with only Coop vs Ai game modes n yet i get permanently banned, must be the reason why they havent replied to my ticket yet after 2 hours of waiting patiently...

I feel as Riot has been handing out perma bans like dollar bills at the strip club. These bans are so unwarranted and they refuse to do anything about it. My account got suspended back in April for third party program (skin changing program) and I haven't been able to get any answers for almost 4 months.

This actually happened to one of my friends who lives in ohio. he has been playing for about a week, had only been playing ai, no games against other people. just about the time you are describing, pera banned account, check email for details. no email, he submitted a ticket and is waiting. it must have been some sort of mistake. theres a chance he never actually said anything in the chat !

What I find crazy is I dont really talk much (fairly queit and chill dude) and I get a permaban without warning,notice, or mail stating why.. yet Ive had games where before,during, and after I get called a stupid ni-- --er or that person wants to murder my family with a dull knife and f-- --k the holes while I watch and Im sure they get like a 3 day ban and can play again.
