Just got banned with no Email

So I was able to log in and play a game but after the game ended the after score screen never popped up. I then tried to reopen the client and log back in, thats when i got the message of me being "permanently suspended". I never received any email about why this happened (constantly checking it as well) and have never seen this issue before. Kinda curious if this has happened to others and why it would just randomly happen to me. (also first time using this, thank you for the help as to where to post this)

Edit: Also to add I've never been chat restricted, given a warning, or been temporarily banned. Just thought I'd put that in there.

I am the friend nightfallx is posting about, same thing happened to me hah I've only been playing 4-5 days and I don't think I typed in the chat how do we get unmanned?

My issue just got resolved.

"Hey there,

Your account was flagged for suspicious activity that we could not ignore. To prevent further harm on this account and other players, we proactively locked the account.

I took a look, and it appears that we made an error. I am deeply sorry for our mistake, and for any frustration this might have caused you. Effective immediately, I have removed the suspension from this account, and have gifted it a 10-win IP boost for our mistake."

Just have to submit a ticket through the support section.

it has happened to me aswell around 8pm Eastern time when i logged in i got the same message for no reason at all, I'm not even a 1 month old player with only Coop vs Ai game modes n yet i get permanently banned, must be the reason why they havent replied to my ticket yet after 2 hours of waiting patiently...

Im just over a month old (made the account june 18th) mostly coop vs AI and about 20 normal games in, lvl 29. Also we both got it at around the same time which is odd. I added in more information about the account as well which I was told bumping causes the ticket to go down the list so it might be a long while before i hear anything I think haha.

Im having the same deal, I had a chat ban, received two week and before I could .even click I understand it jumped to perma...seems to be a common problem atm. Send a ticket

Send a ticket to Riot Support for assistance. Expect a reply around a day or two.

im so enthusiasted by the fast response by riot...not lol, over 4 hrs now close to 5 without logged game time. Valuable went wasted tonight and im furious

What I find crazy is I dont really talk much (fairly queit and chill dude) and I get a permaban without warning,notice, or mail stating why.. yet Ive had games where before,during, and after I get called a stupid ni-- --er or that person wants to murder my family with a dull knife and f-- --k the holes while I watch and Im sure they get like a 3 day ban and can play again. i know its stupid, in most cases i remain on the in game topic so we dont get side tracked, but if i write i keep it relative to the game itselft at the time not out of context.

But you get those anoying turds, like this one i had couple days back, where he would sit at the starting peer n do nothing, only thing i wrote back was if he didnt participate that i was gonna report him after game, then others sarted saying the same. Personally, if a player does give help or teamwork in any games hes participating him, i am allow to tell him hes getting reported, for those who have followed me to do so was incited to do on their own.

To me it seems like one way or another the innocent ones are the once who alway get punished hardcore while the bigger scum gets off with a slap on their wrist

I feel as Riot has been handing out perma bans like dollar bills at the strip club. These bans are so unwarranted and they refuse to do anything about it. My account got suspended back in April for third party program (skin changing program) and I haven't been able to get any answers for almost 4 months.

Thats another thing, I dont even use third party programs so basically they took my money and ran is what this seems like, at least thats how it looks at the moment.

This actually happened to one of my friends who lives in ohio. he has been playing for about a week, had only been playing ai, no games against other people. just about the time you are describing, pera banned account, check email for details. no email, he submitted a ticket and is waiting. it must have been some sort of mistake. theres a chance he never actually said anything in the chat !
