This Alistar believes that calling someone bad isnt a form of toxic xD. Stating that Riot wont do anything to him or punish him. People like this really annoy me. Does Riot see the chat after the game when you report someone? Because usually most toxic conversations exist there.
It's kind of minor, but yeah, calling people bad is unsportsmanlike behavior. You aren't going to get punished just for sometimes doing that, though.
I've gone ahead and removed the name in the title so that the focus is not on shaming this person per the Universal Rules. It's ok to discuss this behavior here, but we don't want to get into shaming the player.
