I get a 14 day ban, when I was shit talked all game and was told to kill myself and that asians shouldn't exists . how exactly does that work riot??????????

In the future, use the report feature at the end of the game, and they will be issued a 14 day ban. If you react and do not report them, you will receive a ban and they will not. Their behavior needs to actually be reported, at least once, to trigger a review. They can use that against you, if you react.

I did report them, but did i get a message saying my report was seen an action was taken of course not, no I go and spend 20 bucks on rp, then get a 14 day ban

If you believe that a computer programmed to detect harassment is biased against you and no one else in the league community, you may need to examine the events in a different light. I used to think the same way you did, irrationally believing that riot had a personal vendetta against people that reacted, like I did. But what I came to realize is that Riot doesn't know me. They don't, as a company composed of many people, care about me at all, and that works two ways. I can say Riot doesn't care about my feelings and they banned me because they don't care, or I can say that because Riot doesn't care about me they can't possibly develop a bias against me. Think about it for a while, and you'll see that it's not about the secret society trying to wipe good people off the earth, but rather people who think they're good stooping to the level of a bad person and getting framed because they fell for the trap.
