Proof of how the banning system isn't working or inconsistant

I also have this whole game recorded on Twitch but I don't think Riot lets me post Twitch Vods here so i just have a couple of the MANY screenshots that could of been taken (since i have to ALT when dead to take the screenshots).

This MF player this game started 0-3. We asked him, please stop dying bot. That is all that was said, he goes AFK for 15mins then he starts to continuously run down into the enemy team and feeding. This player then begins to not only abuse me and my teammates, but starts telling the other team exactly where we are on the map and where we are going (example the are at drag or at your blue). He starts bragging about how he has been doing this for 6 years playing League and Riot has never banned him more than 5 games of chat restriction which he says in game (is easy to get rid of)

He then continues to brag how he's on a smurf and doesn't care if he loses.

Long story short, this player made the game an absolute nightmare, every player on my team was extremely extremely abused and taunted by him saying Riot wouldn't do anything. Out of all my years of playing League I've never seen a more deserving person of a escaling 14 day ban. Given that he is taunting Riot's ability to ban him.

This player is in a Ranked game right now, me and every one else in the game added eachother and none of us got a report feedback for him. (except for one player on the other team that honored him for trying to make us lose)

This is what is wrong with your banning system Riot, This inconsistancy and allowance of extreme taunting of your system and nightmares of games is why some people continue to abuse/feed/rage/afk in games.

Irony: We ended up winning somehow but only because their WW afk'd also but at least he didnt stay to intentionally feed, and abuse and give away his teammates position. It makes me so sad to know he got LP for that game

I'm wondering if a Rioter can read this post, I'd be happy to cooperate and give all video evidence necessary to ban this player. Please give us the justice we deserve.

What is wrong with this community where they defend people like this? Is this community actually that bad, wow I had no idea.

The problem is you have to prove they lost on PURPOSE. This is a lot harder to prove then people think. Maybe they had a bad game and were responding to your negative attitude towards them. Causing them to tilt even further.

Bottom line is you have NO proof they deserve a ban although I will say 0/16 is hard to dispute. However this is what the report system is for and why they do investigations of accounts. This takes time. Some times weeks because riot doesn't want false positives and bans

I can tell you with almost absolute certainty that this person has NOT been doing this for 6 years without getting more than a chat restriction for punishment.

Looking at your op.gg, I see who the player in question is, and looking at that player's op.gg, it seems as though this was an isolated instance. I don't see any other games in that player's match history where it's obvious he was intentionally feeding and acting like that. The thing is, the system doesn't tend to punish for single instances. It can, but it's fairly rare. Rather, it tends to punish players who show this kind of behavior in multiple games.

Also, a single case is far from actual proof that the punishment system doesn't work or is inconsistent.
