I would like to talk about my 14 days suspended and I have to say I am really sorry about my bad behavior in the game and I am promise you that I will reform and I will never flame again in my life but please can I have the my account back? I swear everything will change and no more flame I really want my account back

Without seeing any chat logs, it's hard to tell what you did to receive a 14-day suspension. If you'd like some insight on what to improve on, it would help us a lot if you could provide your chat logs. If you believe it was a mistake, you can always appeal your ban by submitting a ticket directly to Riot Support.
Any further punishments after having a 14-day suspension, no matter how minor, will always result in a permanent ban being placed on your account. I suggest that you do your best to keep that promise you've made once you get your account back, as there are no more chances after this.

I will caution you that people can occasionally be blunt in giving their opinions regarding your past behavior if you do so, so I'd advise against it if you can't take criticism very well. Riot support has all of your chat logs, and should you decide to submit a ticket, you don't need to provide your logs to them.
